How I train? Oh god… I just rejoined my gym, after almost a year of just playing at home with a bar and a pair of adjustable dumbells. I’m kinda starting from scratch, as i’m weak as shit and have to work around a few injuries. I’m just glad to get back there, really.

I guess what i’m saying is that i’m not quite ready to put myself out there quite yet.
