I’m reporting this post! I’m offended.
When you get a post reported on you, do you get some sort of notification like “AssClown reported your post on blowing donkeys, as he was jealous that he wasn’t involved in the blowing of said donkeys”?
No. I can really only assume that the post was reported as it disappears. But it would be nice to get confirmation of who does the reporting.

Totally! How else can one plot cold, merciless vengeance?
I never said I would be merciless.

whiskey makes merciless

Today sucked.

Malls suck monkey nuts these days.

Night TK

Thanks for the cheering up TK.

Hanging with some of my silly family for the evening helped too.

So I had 80 demerits that’s 20 more than I can have and 45 of them were for shifting. I usually shift better than that but nerves plus shifting equals really crappy shifting. lol I’ll be talking to my uncle either tomorrow or on Sunday(x-mas) maybe he can offer advice on whether or not I should go for my license with the automatic or stick with the standard. If you get a license with the automatic then you can only drive the automatics. So it could limit me. Maybe I’ll have an idea of what to do by Monday.

Still feeling determined either way, to the bitter frickin end!!!

Go get them, CH.

Get more practice driving a stick.
Just curious, could you get your automatic license to start driving and get your standard later?

Hey, Chuck, sorry to hear about your test, sounds like a case of the nerves. If so, what about getting your license on an auto, then once you’ve had more experience behind the wheel, going back for your manual lisc?

I need this for Xmas. I wonder if I could keep it in the spare bedroom?

Yep I could get my license for the automatic instead and I have been talking a bit with my uncle and he has mentioned a company that only uses automatics and there are many more changing over so I can still get work.

It’s definitely nerves. I did my worst shifting while on the test. :frowning: So yeah try to test in automatic.

Cannot wait to be off for the next three days!!!

Morning TK.

Merry Christmas

Cute puppies, CH! Maybe once you get started with automatic your nerves will settle and you can switch to standard?

yeah vacation toots!

Happy Holidays TK.

Charlie - sounds like a good plan for 2012.

Merry Christmas Eve TK!

Merry Christmas!

No if I test in automatic then I can only drive in automatic. I can still test again in standard but I can’t afford the extra lessons so I’ll go for automatic and then see how that goes for work. If it’s fine and the jobs are just as good then after a while I’ll buy my own truck, I would have bought an automatic anyways.
