Grass fed Beefmaster from my parents ranch, Sirloin, T-bone and rib chop. With some A1 and water.
Nice Derek. Side note, Bloodsport still awesome after decades.

I really could and 80% of the time, live off sirloin, fajitas and eggs. Only thing else I need with that is A1, Rudy’s BBQ sauce, Pace chunky salsa and some sharp cheddar cheese.
That is my lunch about to heat up.

NY Strips are far from my favorite.
Rib steaks for the money are damn fine. But ultimately if it’s beef I’ll never pass up tri-tip.

What is a tri-tip? Not the first time I have heard this, I really do not know if we get that cut down here. Does it have another name.
Ribeye is defrosting. Ribeyes are my favorite. I would rather have them then a T-bone.
Almost 2 weeks since repair work. 4 weeks to lifting again.
Going to get in my walk.
Oh…
A quote from some diet “expert” with a bunch of letters after her name…
“Sweets can coat your blood cells with sticky sugar and cause chaos.”
I call BS.

Rump roast, dude.
Edit: Texted my pop (meat-cutter). I’m one cut too far. It’s the cut right next to bottom round (rump). (This is why I didn’t take over the business, lol)>

(See “Sirloin Tri-Tip”)
Edit edit: He followed up text with “Close enough”… LOL! Redeemed!

It’s the gay version of “just the tip”.

Steely if I give you free room/board and do all the grocery shopping will you be my full time in-house cook?

You see, back in Ink’s man whore days he used to tell me the stories while I drove him around and offered him protection.
One story involved the “tri-tip”… Now with a woman, the “tri-tip” makes perfect sense, she is a whore, but perfect sense just teh same. Three holes & three tips.
So one late night, Ink was particularly worn out after a rough night with some “cowboys” from Oklahoma, and he exclaimed how tired he was. So I was like “why?”
“They gave me the Tri-tip dude. I said no at first, but they sort of forced me too.”
“Where does the third tip go?”
“It isn’t so much where it goes, as where it DOESN’T go, and where it goes after that.”
I stopped asking Ink questions about his trade after that…
