Have any of you ever tried hooking the battle rope on the Prowler…doing single arm BR wave, hand over hand row and then Prowler low handle sprint back? If not you should, it’s a special kind of pain! We usually do sets of 10 or higher on the wave each arm.
The Prowler is irreplaceable over 1001 uses. 2nd thing I bought for my athletes when i took this job.

I was up there (NH) a few months ago, visiting family, and the wife and I went into Kittery. The first place we saw, over the bridge, was a little lobstah shack on the left. Stopped, ate lobstah/clam rolls/oystah rolls until I thought I was going to explode. Can’t wait to get up there again!!
