That’s exactly how my coworkers responded.
pity party whyyyy meeeeee!!?
I’m more inclined to be more concerned, than laugh at this.
hence the serious concealed carry. Guess what is the ultimate equalizer?

Inclined to agree with the above.
I’m not.
ohhhh Deb. It’s legal here. Dude makes a move its his risk to weigh.
Seriously I’m getting mentally prepared to go to trial (and it sucks to be me real soon) be explicitly clear he needs to stop and keep track of every instance of contact.
Don’t worry about feelings. That’s not your problem.

Yeah IRL creeper is no joke!
I know…at this point in time, he has sent me
-a 500 dollar spa gift card
-several flower arrangements
-an edible fruit arrangement
-a bunch of balloons
-a poem. (Excerpt: “You make me look, you make me smile, your ass should have its own facebook profile.” No, I am not kidding.)
not sure what to do about this. Talking to my boss tomorrow about the situation.
Ok, this is a coworker?? And you haven’t spoken to your boss yet? Call HR NOW. Be VERY CLEAR you are not interested to him and document everything
Oh no. He is just an insane-o. I have actually never met or seen him. He sent me a weird flower arrangement and told me to meet him for dinner and a coupla guys I work with volunteered to go see what the fuck was up. They got there, saw the guy in question, and talked to him. They said he is just a super sports fan of the college we work for.
Yeah I can’t comment. That is alot to just be playing a friend card. Some cats don’t understand “Hints” of anykind. Protect yourself first. His feelings can be delt with after you know your safe.

If you’ve ever been stalked, then you would know that you don’t want to ability to kill someone so easily in your hands. It’s a high risk scenario.

Sorry to hear that, Deb.
Hopefully it will have a quick and satisfactory conclusion.

Short version: Creepy coworker that I had one convo with fell in love, thinks we’re soulmates continues to stalk and harass me over two years later.

Listen to Deb, Please.
A simple Haiku would’ve been more appropriate. I mean, you say so much more with less…

There is obviously many different thoughts on the matter and I’ve had all of them. This was the conclusion I came to. YMMV of course. But I think I did things right.

Hm. And I thought something about mary was comedy. Is this common for real? I have a little sister living alone. Just left college and subjectively speaking as attractive as me but female. Little worried.
Not derailing the topic. But someone sent this to me and I hate these shows. And now I feel like a big ol pudussy. This girl got to a kid…tear.
i will let you guys know how this turns out tomorrow. not excited.

I’ve seen it happen with numerous people I know. One culminated when the dude showed up at my friends apartment when I and some others were there hanging out with her and her husband. Who was a Marine. Just returned from Iraq.
Let’s just say he’s overprotective. Creeper man was lucky to leave without anything bruised or broken. I’ve never heard such rage and unbridled fury in a man’s voice before, much less in a friend’s. Still gives me the shivers to this day.
