near howard Beach JFK airport in NY yesterday. Looks nice but the water will kill you. Funny because people still fish in this stuff.
So bad the water flows sideways.
I refused to believe that I would be up for the day at 3am, so I went back to the couch. After a lot of tossing and turning and I fell back to sleep.
I ended up having a very vivid dream. I was very pregnant in labor at the hospital. I could ‘feel,’ every contraction. Even in my dreams I didn’t have any pain meds, haha.
I got up to walk around and my water broke. I laid back down and a couple hours later ‘it was time.’
The sad part about it all was that I gave birth to a baby girl and they whisked her away before we could even see or hear her and I was discharged the next morning, wtf. Then I woke up.
weeeeird.

Mims- vivid giving birth means major life changes. “you are giving birth to a new idea or project. It also represents new beginnings or some upcoming event”.

Interesting…I’ve been thinking a lot about what I’m supposed to be when I ‘grow up.’ Looking into Ultrasound tech. They make decent money too!!
Other than that, sometimes I find myself thinking about what it would be like to be single. I never experienced ‘dating,’ or just being on my own. I go through phases like that and we talk about it.

But yeah baby dream sounded weird. Never had that one. I often dream about having way too many puppies and kitties to look after or zombies.

that’s understandable. I will add that dating mostly sucks. I’d rather plan a special “date night” with the hubby than go through that crap again. When’s the last time you did something purely for yourself Betty? as in NOT Betty the wife, or Betty the mom. I find when I’m getting “antsy” what i really need is some complete selfish me time and I indulge.

Jlo and I will plan weekends away from everything. Like this weekend we are going to Baton Rouge with no kids, hotel room, us time. We also are going to a football game and just generally get away. We have tried to do this every year around our birthdays, but we also try to do it at least once during the early part of the year also.
Worth the money to keep you sane and happily married.
