My only saving grace is that I got a PR front squat (415) tonight.
Had a client call at 4pm (he’s on Mountain Time). Call went past 5. I didn’t get to the gym until after 6. Warmups sucked and I thought of just going home.
Added another plate. Not so bad… throat hurt, head foggy.
Added another plate. Not so bad… woozy but focused.
Added another plate. Promised I’d wrap it up if I got it. Did it.
Added 10#. Did it. Did more.
Did more legs.
Feel like shit now though AND can’t walk…

The kid that has gone on and on explaining how he is a special snow flake, is every stereotype about kids his age there is. SO therefore… He isn’t really special.
Also, he has a pathological need to put others down/see them below him to validate his life choices and beliefs. This will change when he gets older, and once it does he will be able to use his passion in a much more productive mannor
