Coffee, Gods Nector.
Now what is this Nap thing you speak of.
I go thru this from time to time. It will pass but 36-40 hrs no sleep in not uncommon for me. Then just like that back to my normal routine.
Run, Walk, crawl back home. Shower, scrub, brush, Shave. Eggs, toast. Local News.
Why so tired MiM
I have not had a decent nights sleep since the hubby got back from deployment in May.
I’ve done melatonin and now sleeping pills. I think the sleeping pills are just the tired feel worse so I’ll go back to melatonin.
It just comes down to me being a light sleeper and him being a restless sleeper. I’m fine til about 2am, then like clock work I wake, pissed off, craving some uninterrupted sleep, so I go to the couch.

Is it his moving around or snoring? Have you tried ear plugs? I recommend the wax ones, I can still get woken up by alarms even with ear plugs.
Couple that with the already existing fatigue I feel from my shitty thyroid and there you go. Does not make for a happy Mama.
And if Mama ain’t happy, NOBODY IS! ![]()
I try though. I put on my happy face, drink lots of coffee.
It’s his restlessness…and our bed moves a lot. (bowchickabowwow) NOT. haha

lol Well an orgasm helps with feeling sleepy. ![]()
Have you looked into getting one of those beds that don’t move when one of you moves.
I can’t remember the name but the commercial is the one with the wine glass and someone jumps on the bed.

Tempurpedic.
The wine thing doesn’t work.
They refused my return as well.
I bought another one even though I was mad because it is an awesome bed. I sleep way better than I used to and my dogs don’t bother me at all when they move around.
Sometimes I have a lady friend over and I could swear she graciously left during the night but instead I’m surprised to see I’ll be making (ordering) breakfast for two. The only drawback.

At least she makes you breakfast, amiright?
Also, put coconut oil in my coffee this morning just to see if Dash was on to something here. Hell yes she is. Amazin.

Sorry have been busy with work, and just posting more in G+.
Sounds like the flu, or Strep throat. That time of year.
How many days has it been going on?

Maybe I have it backwards? I thought I was the host? I guess she does owe me though. J/K.
I will have to try Dasher’s coconut coffee.
I would like to add two cents for flavor, no calories.
Put some cayenne pepper and cinnamon in the basket with your coffee. Delicious. Careful with the pepper though, it can be spicy. Start small and build up to tasted.
^In the basket!!! Sure thing Jame ‘Buffalo Bill’ Gumb.

lol You read my mind it’s chilly and I have the window open(I love fresh air) and I was thinking of making some hot chocolate.
I need to be warmed up.
I love the chocolate/cayenne pepper combo! Last weekend, I made one of my employees some gluten free cup cakes(he is into that) out of almond flour, apple sauce, cocoa, and cayenne pepper. Surprisingly good combo!
Wiggy–Im glad you liked it…plus it makes your coffee so pretty!! Like someone dumped glitter in it or something.
Got the rings…the woman is going to flip out. I may need to nap and prepare myself to be choked out from a hug.
