Were all your numbers in there?
MP 200
bench 300
squat 400
dl 500
Or does it default to that?
Edit: also damn that was very cool, that was the last two years of my life doing M,T,T,F.
My bust brother, I’ve put that link in so many threads, never thought bout yours. It is life saving. I’m clueless when it comes to math/numbers unless its finger counting.

Its cool Print I am on a quest to not die from a heart attack at 40 right now. I will get back to the 5/3/1 start of next year. Right now running, jumping, cardio and doing strongman training.
<— Has decided to watch Sunshine Cleaning, never heard of it. It is a chick comedy about a company that cleans up after crime scenes run by sisters Emily Blunt and Amy Adams.

Print - you doing the 531 these days?
Yep. W/BBB as my accessory work. It just doesn’t get much more clear cut & simple than this. When you work 60hrs a week, simple is all I can do.
As in, you train at home? Does BBB call out leg pressing? What do you do for that, or do you have a leg press at your house?

I have absolutely no desire to do another leg ex. after my working sets, than 5 sets of 10 for the BBB. I’ve gone as far as doing doing leg extensions, but they just plain suck. I’m completely zapped. If you’re doing the rt number on your BBB, you’ll not want to do anymore either. So I like to squeeze in some bi/tri’s & core work.

Got it, thanks. I’ve been following sheiko lately and it’s perfect for me, a bit too much for a complete beginner though, so I think I’ll stick to a BBB assistance template for the Mrs. Thanks dewd

Sure. I keep a log here also, Lift With Intensity - Training Logs - Forums - T Nation (Filled with LOL pics and occasional training too-Sheiko work starts on page 2) and I’ve gotten the programming from http://www.elitefts.com/sheiko/ , searching around on here, and using the “SheikoDroid” app on my phone.
Basically squats/bench 2-3 times a week (in same workout) with 2x a workout often, deadlift variation 1x a week (with benching also). Mostly working up to triples @ 80-85% 1RM. It works for me at home, because I can do it with a cage, bench, bar and plates. Takes about 90 minutes per session, and I’ve adjusted to the volume lately and love it.
Didnt handle it well as in “Well how am I suppose to get a date now?!”
Pathetic. We arent even friends. Furthermore, I will not be guilted into being someones date somewhere. Thats bad juju. The last few weddings I went to, I went stag and had an awesome time.
