2) Dear “roll up my sleeves and gaze at my 14” gunzers at teh gym," I am straight, stop fucking staring at me, and then walking over and trying to do the lift I am doing because you think it makes you look cool. I curl with strict form what you bench. I out weigh you by at least 60lbs and can dead hang more pullups than you can half ass. Dude, go back to the girl hip machine thing and get the fuck out of my face. UGH! Yes I pull 4 plates, yes I squat 3, yes I bench with one arm what you struggle to bench with two. I am not even that big and still pretty weak. You need to get the fuck over yourself and my sexy ass.

It must be pretty rough being the hot babe of the gym…You are pretty sexah…I’d do you totally, if you weren’t married and I wasn’t madly in love with the tiger.

I have no idea of what to think about this post:/
Well, I was going to volunteer an MMF, but I didn’t want to commit you to anything without your permission.

So, I went to the YMCA with my dad today to workout. He’s been going for almost 4 months. I am so proud of him. He does 30 mins on the treadmill then does some machines. He only knows them by number (they have them numbered so people can follow along on their little logsheet thingy) so it’s been hard to know what he’s been doing.
So far, it sounds like he’s doing a pretty well-rounded workout, hitting all the muscle groups at least once. Anyway, there is quite the eclectic group of ppl there. There was one chick who was on the elliptical when we got there, she went to the ab curl machine for about 10 minutes, then went back to the elliptical and was still on it when we left. We were there about an hour.
They did have a squat rack which no one used for squatting. Two women did use the bench sitting in the middle of the squat rack for some DB work (maybe 10 lb DBs?) and I did get to foam roll for the first time EVER! I was very excited! It felt awesome on my upper back and like torture on my thighs. I definitely need to get one or something that will work just as well.
Sorry for the textwall, I was just so excited to work out in an actual gym.

You could use tennis balls instead of the foam roller as an easy at home sort of thing.
So, I think I’m going to start logging again. It’s always helped, and I need some support. Where do you think I should put it? Combat sports is most relevant since I mostly do BJJ, but no one really logs there. Powerful women will be a lot of support, but I don’t know if what I do is relevant. I could go back to the sorority, but it’s mostly a wasteland now. I could just join the hoard of logs in the training logs, but I think I’d get lost in there.

I need to do this.
I will aquire an assortment of hard balls and roll them on various parts of my body…
I smile when women hockey players get sent to the box for hooking. The Finnish goalie is a cutie. I’d love to console her, but I don’t think my wife would understand. Plus the only Finnish words I know are Jarko Ruutu, so I don’t think I’d be all that helpful.
re the foam rolling, I think I’m giving the nod to lacrosse balls for sufficient pressure without being the torture device the PVC tubing was. The only time I tried a real foam roller, I crushed it down to a 3’ long tampon by the time I was finished.
Totally unrelated training/diet questions. (I’m just too lazy to search through the dick waving flame wars to get a current answer)
When doing floor presses, how much of a lower back arch should I set?

Why not start it in PW and move it if you feel the need? I admit, on your last log I forgot to check Combat sports.

Yeah, that’s what I’m going to do. What should I call it? Debating between ‘Tap This’ and ‘If it was easy they’d call it Karate’
of course, if I could sig ^ this, I would. ;')
Funny part is he is just pissed because I give him shit endless, and he has no come back. When you have delusions of grandure, sane logic stumps you apparently.
I was flattered though, my internet celebrity status grows.
I probably missspelled a lot of ^ because I’m not on firefox right now

delusions of adequacy would be too grand for him.
Wormwood, sadly I’ve seen it before.
Where is this epic battle occurring? I want to be a witness.
