I don’t ever want to be that small again but DAMN! if it was easy to drop the lbs!!! And I didn’t know what I was doing in the gym back then neither.
Hardly any cardio. Just diet. My cardio was walking all over an aircraft carrier and laying tile. oh yea.
Still 21…husband back from deployment for 4 months. Easily put on 15 lbs 
about 150-155lbs here. Looked better with extra weight. Then I got knocked up and I’ve never been the same!

Wish I could go back sometimes when it was just us. And most of our relationship in the beginning was with him being deployed or doing sea trials, etc…
