No homo, but the cartoon I posted would be very appropriate for that dickhole.
Only people who live in the heat year around can appreciate it.
How about the back sweat race to the ass crack just walking to your car after work?
This.
x2. I can feel it running down my sides sometimes, after sitting in the car and waiting for the AC to come under 140 degrees. And my car is parked 10’ from the door. If that!
Or the forehead sweat 90% of the day even in the AC? I need a nurse to run around to mop my brow.
I bought stock in a linen maker awhile back so I am always with my white face towel to wipe the sweat off, I feel like I’m on the set of King of Comedies in downtown Atlanta or something.

He means just what I said about bending your arms at the top of the movement, almost like a close grip row.

Yeah this. When you roll your shoulders you are “rowing” and or “curling” the weight at teh top. Only function your arms have are to hang heavy ass weights from in a pull. They shouldn’t be bending, pulling the weight up.

In short your elbows bend, very bad bad stuff. I mean not horrid on a 315 triple that you can handle in your sleep, which you can, but if you keep doing it, over and over year after year one day your Bi is going to seperate from your elbow joint and chill up under your delt until you get surgury.

Happy for ya man. COngrats. When she gets the dog, know the baby is about 24 months away.

Beans, by your math she should be 5 months pregnant by now!!

For Edgy!!!

You guys having a boy or a girl?

The dog typically = baby test.

Maybe your chick is different. I wonder what she is going to use for the baby test with you.

Just watched the Republican debate and let me tell you, Michelle Bachmann is looking more and more like Linda Blair in the Exorcist. I’m expecting her head to do a 360 or to start projectile vomiting any minute. And whoever did the botox or whatever on her lips needs to be fired.

Me and Beans on the same page? Damn, now I feel smart!

Love the ginger lolcat! Hilar!

Workout success. My injury working set was 185x6x4

Tonight I worked up very very slow like ten pounds at a time starting with just the bar. Finished with um, 165x5x3sets
No pain, I call success! Man that took FOREVER though, with the rest of my workout was at the gym like three frakking hours!

Next week I will work up slowly again to 175.

I’m going to take some antiinflamatories tonight JIC but all in all I’m pleased.

Thanks for the encouragement TK.
