Nope but basically you are writing about how the incident affected your life right?

I would make a list/brainstorm or do a sort of stream of conscious type of thing then try to assemble it into a statement.

Write anything that comes to mind about the incident then try to arrange. Get emotional!
I guess that’s what I have to do then…hence why it’s turned my chest and jaw into a massive knot.
This is like one of the rare ways a victim can have an effect on what happens to the criminal/or whatever caused it. Is it apart of sentencing and parole?

Get drunk and let it out. It’s probably your last chance to say anything, if you ever had a chance to say anything at all that is.

You can do it!
What Canadian craziness are you to going on aboot?
As part of sentencing, the victim of a crime writes a victim impact statement to be read to the Judge (but defense and accused gets a copy)

The trial was on Thursday apparently but I don’t know the result. I’ve been out of town for two weeks and I didn’t know there was a court date yet but I got this letter from crown counsel in the mail when I got home last night telling me this and that I have to write this statement. I don’t even know how to find out the result.

Draw a crude pic of you kicking said person in balls in paint, and then in the second pane standing over him like the Rockey Statue, and in the third pane some “Like a Boss” pic or something.

Ink can help you with the paint skills.

LOL, hell no. While I’m a shit ton leaner than I used to be, no abs for me.

I’m a little leaner than here.

I will strip down to a tank top when I’m really sweating, at which times I do look damn sexy doing things like shrugs, if I say so myself.

But I’m so pale it is kinda gross.

You’re way leaner than me dude. I’ve come to terms with the fact that I’ll never have “abz” and I’m fine with that. I pick things up and put them down. And again, I’m fine with that, LOL

It is a matter of eating a fuck load less than you want to, and moving a shit load more than any sane person would.

Your talking 12-24 weeks of sacrifice.

Sucks, but if you want it bad enough you can do it. You’re a fucking marine for fucks sake, lol.

It’s pretty surprising how big a difference it makes just throwing on the ipod and walking briskly for 30 minutes at night and not changing anything else. Drink tea or hot water with a splash of milk if you get hungrier from the walking.
