Here is what you do, set your alarm clock to REAL fucking loud to go off after you leave for work. That way it is on all day and he has to hear it.

When faced with a similar problem with upstairs neighbours I set my decently impressive sound system to full, cued up some serious bagpipe musice and went to work.
Of course at the time I worked from 4pm-4am and would routinely not get home until 5 or 6 am.
After two nights of this I asked if they would like a truce or if I should get some whalesongs to intersperse.

Nice. I just think that annoying alarm clock sound just constantly going off for 12 hours could really cause mental damage. Thank the lord I live in a house, I would probably get shot now a days.
