why would one stop shampooing their hair? is this a girls do it thing lol? if i dont shampoo everyday sometimes twice the amount of grease in my hair is disgusting. after i wake up, greaseball. after the gym, greaseball. watching a movie, greasball. and im not even a daego!!!

Coming from a “daego,” you do not understand how and why gets greasy, sit down and listen pucker-butt…
You generate natural oil (called sebum), which keeps your hair from drying out naturally. When you shampoo, you are eliminating the sebum, so your body secretes more to compensate, and the cycle continues…
So rather than continue the brain fart, try going “no-poo” (google it), and your hair will look better than ever.
BTW - the chemicals used to remove the sebum found in shampoos is also used to degrease a car engine, think about what it does to your hair.
