Hahaha, my parents, for Christmas, gave us two gold dollars, a pound of fancy coffee (I don’t have a real coffee maker), and a gift card to a restaurant.

- Fine-grind coffee to the consistency of sand, not flour.
- Put 60-120gms coffee into your smallest pot (& sugar if desired), & add 2C cold filtered water, stir gently.
- Heat on high to just before the boil, (longer will increase bitterness) then kill the heat.
- Allow grounds to settle for 60-90 seconds, then gently pour off into pre-warmed cups.
- Enjoy, (while realizing that there will be more grounds in the bottom of the cup.
(serves 2, or me)
