Thanx! I’m glad to be back in the gym too! I feel really good even though my weights are low. Sort of doing a Kimba-like rehab of my squat and bench and rack pulls. I think I moved too fast before and that’s why I kept injuring my back. I also need to do more accessory work and stretching and foam rolling and stuff like that. :)[/quote]
FWIW I do LOTS of dynamic activation work before hand and hasn’t gotten injured yet!
