
If you thought you might be getting sick and were determined to squat anyway, would you go light for more reps (but not going too crazy) or heavy for triples or so? What would you vote as more taxing?

Having a bowl of ice cream right before my workout so far has been the best way I’ve found to manage having enough energy for a workout without having a full stomach or hungry. Anything healthier takes 45 minutes to get rid of the hunger
Plus it’s tasty!

Hot water and lemon is good, but hot water and a hint of milk is pretty awesome too! This is a new beverage to me.

My mom’s been drinking the hot water with lemon for years. It’s great when it’s cold.
I’m too much of a milk fan to just have hints. Warm milk, a dash of instant coffee and some sweet, perfect sleepy time drink.
