I really don’t get it with the technical side of things on TNation (content is cool and having access to about 13 years of articles for free is great).

  • TNation is fucking slow
  • there are data inconsistency issues
  • PMs seem to be ‘buggy’

No other big (lifter) forum I know of / frequent has these issues.

Basically, it’s like a DB row but you use a t-bar setup, while standing perpendicular to the bar, grab the end of it (with the hand closest to the bar) and row, use straps if you want, and just row x 100000000, switch arms, repeat, get dizzy, sit down, go again.
