Yeah, she wasn’t ready for teh relashinchips. Even though I was taking it slow, she just wasn’t ready. I could tell, but I sent her flowers to her work and embarrassed her anyway, figured it would cheer her up because she misses home so much.

Sooooooo

Back about 2 years ago, I was doing a FBT, every other day. I got GREAT results from my legs, doing them every session, mixing up DL, Squat, Lunges and Hacks.

I had changed my program, but wanted to keep gaining on legs, and had myself convinced that the ‘every session’ training was the key, and had kept it up. I got greedy, started hitting some real weight instead of just reps and then it happened.

3-4 weeks into the new program, I was doing a set of Hacks and my quads felt like the lit up. Like there were thousands of little light bulgs were bursting in my legs, they felt warm and tingley…all of my quads were affected.

Of course, I finished out training that day and kept to the program, but every day, my legs got weaker and weaker.

I laid off them for a while, started incorporating them into the training once again, then last year, remember when I posted all the pics of Yosemite? Well on the trip to half dome, my quads started to cramp, I made it 3//4 of the way up, and didn’t know how I was going to make it down! So I headed down, rested alot and made it, chalked it up to my training not being in line with a 20 mile hike up a mountain. That was August.

Now…I was on another FBT towards the end of last year, and was starting to get some gains again. Started another 4 day split on January 1st, concentrating on a 1RM on Bench, and a squat dominant program. The start of the program was going well, I was squating for 3-5 reps of the low 300’s. then my squats started getting weak again, I couldn’t make the reps with the weight…AND I was getting the same cramping that I had on the hike to half dome about 6 months ago. Now I walk across a flat floor and my legs feel weak, and start cramping.

now I’m getting concerned.

I don’t have high cholesterol/blood pressure/hypertension, any of that. clean protein dominant diet. What I think I need to do is some Cardio…mebbe a circulation thing, but you would think that squats would accomplish leg circulation wouldnt you? ( I Hate Cardio )

anyway…I’m perplexed and could use some wisom as to how to fix this.

Thx~

I would lower your leg frequency to once a week, eat more food, and if the problem doesn’t go away in a couple weeks, see a DR.

(Use a woman doctor and if she is hot tell her your balls hurt too… Free rubbin)

I have none of my own advices, but you should talk to PMPM she’s been having similar issues with her butt region. She talks about it in her log.
