I just did those three. It was a quick, high intensity workout. I like all three lifts a lot. I mean to take care of my callouses but rarely do.

Awwwww Rock! Beautiful ladies! Sounds like a great work out byu. I don’t take care of my calluses either. They wear off or tear off sometimes. Badge of honor. 
Today is deadlift day for me. Hopefully the gym will be open. I’m at the office (closed due to weather) since I can walk in. There are 7 people here. Figure I’ll go to the gym around 1 or 2 then head home. 2.7 inches total of snow in downtown Seattle and the city was CRIPPLED.

Atty - Talked to my son last night, said that he’s really enjoying the weather. Since spending the last year in Cali, and 4 years before that in San Diego, It’s like an adventure for him. Almost slipped on a patch of ice though - that would’ve bummed him out~

I’ll do one or two of those things in a day if I’m doing high intensity, but not all three.
