Seattle, byu. I don’t think you’ve asked.
Thanks Beast.
Makes sense Debra. I’ve been quite fat my entire life and not being that way for about a year and a half is a big adjustment. Plus, you’re right, with all of the lifting and the gym being a huge part of my life I’m a bit obsessed!
Milkshakes… they sell themselves.
Atty, Just keep working on lifting eating clean but enough and getting stronger. Your body WILL continue to recomp I really think its time to shift the goal away from making the number on the scale go down. At your height I do believe it will continue to go down some but there’s no reason to make that the purpose anymore.
hai everyone else I’m home hella late gotta put myself to sleep.
Good read DebD.
I’m currently researching a couple of vacation ideas for block leave next summer. So far, I’m looking at Amsterdam, returning stateside, and Argentina. Any other suggestions?
That was well written DebD!
Ok, kitty has taken her stalking to another level…scratching and meowing at the door at 3am…at one point I squeezed a sponge ful of water on her. Its not even that she wanted to curl up on the bed, it’s like she’s constantly looking for something. It’s going to drive me mad! I need sleep ![]()

Mice?
When I used to borrow a cat, she always slept with me until I changed apartments. Then she would be up all night guarding the place. I had some cat food under the sink and it had a hole in the bag and it was mostly gone. Now I have mouse traps under the sink!!!
great. Thats exactly what we need!
I wouldn’t put it past these nearly condemnable homes.
Morning. I was really surprised, the new Harry Potter movie was actually good!
I’m such a nerd though, the week the last book came out I read the last book then re-read the series, then re-read the last book. I don’t know how many times I’ve gone through the series now.
Also… uh… boobs. There we go, post redeemed.
Awwwww man too cute byu.

HAHA! The ‘poodle drag’ strikes again!!
My perception of body size and muscle really has changed a lot since the first pic I saw of Jamie Eason and thought WOW. She looks kinda smallish and skinny now
Every time I see a woman’s arms on TV I notice how SKINNY they are. I wish I’d stop it and just watch and quit looking at their arms! On the other hand I am seeing a bit more muscle on some women’s arms.
I sometimes watch that show “What Not To Wear” and saw the episode recently where they had a female bodybuilder and I still thought she was bigger than I ever want to be.
I didn’t get any boots yet. I’m way too fussy and my calves are too big for the really pretty ones! I might look again today.
It’s snowing in Seattle! (This is huge news here.) Last time I saw snow was over 2 years ago. Pretty.
