up way too early.
I think the sudafed(the good kind) is messing with me.
Hoping we get a lot of people for the garage sale today. Friends garage looks like a Thrift store!

Garage sales are cool, I remember going to those a lot when I was really young getting dragged along by my parents, they both loved antiques random stuff.
Talked to a guy at my gym that just competed in a BB show, he showed me pics and the show was really really stacked, I wish I could have went to it. He took 4th out of 14 in the LH’s but the top five were in ridiculous condition so that’s pretty much a win I’d say. Pretty cool stuff, I’ve never actually known an accomplished lifter in person so I’m glad I switched to this gym. He’s super nice too.
I don’t really have anything to do tomorrow before work, my friend is supposed to come up with a girl either tomorrow or sunday so I might visit with them a bit. I guess I’ll read a bit, although I lent my book to my manager because she’s working alone tomorrow morning so I might just buy another copy and let her keep that one.

whatcha doin up so early Trav?
My buddy/fellow trainer at the gym is competing in his last show today…He’s 46! He went Pro about 3 years ago, but found it hard to make more happen with it.
He wants to put together a ‘team,’ and help others in there pursuit of training/ prepping for shows…he wants me to be one of his projects, eek

Go out on TOP VIC!!!

Okay back to sleep

Never went to sleep.
That’s really cool! Sounds like something that could happen, I know Layne Norton has a team of competitors that he helps and preps people on the side so it’s definitely doable.
I should probably ask my guy if he’s interested in training anyone now that he’s starting his off season, maybe he doesn’t? Not every lifter trains people although I tend to think that most accomplished ones wouldn’t shy away from the idea.
I wish I had pics of him at the show but he only showed me on his cell phone, I’d look him up on FB but I don’t know his last name.
okay, NOW I sleep

That’s just bruising BYU, looks like you had a good day of hack squatting if I had to guess?
Morning everyon!
Debra new avatar looks great!
Beans, that’s pretty bad ass you got 8g for 100 bucks. I’m going to buy a new tower and beef it up into a massive media server/data warehouse.
MiM, join the team! You’ll do great and it’s a great opportunity!

Nope. I did normal squats, and I guess I did have the bar higher than normal and at a heavier weight for higher reps (365x5). I would hack squat if our gym had a machine.
Whoa that is some heavy squatting! Those bruises (cuts?) are a badge of honor!

This webpage kicks ass. One of my college roommates taught me how to put together a computer. I can assemble one pretty much. It isn’t that hard.

The skin feels different with stretch marks. They look like bruises, but feel them and if there’s a difference in texture then they’re stretch marks.
