Well… Last Tuesday I fucking smashed my arms after shoulders, like smashed them. Then it snowed like a bitch Wednesday morning. And then rained on the snow. So by the time I got home to shovel, it weighed like over9000 lbs per shovel full.

Well I went to toss one particularly heavy shovel full, and fell directly on my ass. Well my right side actually, and my ankle, wrist, elbow and shoulder has hurt since.
