Yeah, I miss it.
Sucks because I would be quite a bit further along if my leg wasn’t all fucked up. But I’m going to have to start eating bigger to keep up with recovery if I’m gonna squat and pull from the knee. Shit if I want to pull from the floor and squat in the same week it will have to be back to 1,200 cal and 140g of protein for breakfast.
Not to mention the flu set me back like 6-8 weeks of strength. Sucks ballz.
I know I lean forward a lot… I assume that is why my back pumps like a mofo when I do squat. Anytime you wanna come show me better form, and then you can verify to PMPM that my ass is huge for a white dude.

planning on a cut from jan-aug…ish
with 6,8,and a 16 week<------contest prep style to see what I’ll turn out like. just a dry run
should turn out to be a ridiculous looking 260

I am a huge vagina when it comes to needles, I am not smart enough to understand the shit I need to, and I can’t risk my career and family for some muscle.
I’m tempted to do the “who gives a fuck lets eat like a moose and crush the fucking log book, fuck body fat” thing, but dealing with the people in my life that don’t get it is fucking annoying.
I don’t know. My goals right now are to maintain during January, and get back to gaining Feb-April 15th as best I can. Then I will evaluate my summer goals. January is tough for me at work. Ton of travel and 65-70 hour weeks. (March is worse)

dude, I know what you mean about people not getting it. I belive that all out bulking is the way to go. Logic being the longer you have the muscle, the more mature it gets…and itll take some time to get from your 280 to a 240. that 240 will look like a 255 because of how packed and dense it will be. I’d say go for it…after you hit your max weight, if youve been training hard nobody will say shit cuz they’ll be scared.
i actually didnt use gear, it was a prohormone. its still complicated but not like the real AAS. If you find a endocrinologist like the one I have you’ll be fine. I get all my hormone and lipids tested often to keep me safe, and I’m good. the only real problems i had were back pumps a few times i couldn’t walk they were so bad.
ou seem like one who just enjoys lifting vs wanting to compete like i am aim to do someday. there i see your reluctancy to enhance. I’m not tied down like you are so I can actually train twice a day with no interruptions in consistency. I figure I’m gonna be a suit like you soon enough so I might as well max my body while I can.

The only people who have a problem with my bulking/weightlifting are the people who knew me before I started. Thankfully I’ve moved to a new city so whenever I meet someone I’m already ‘that big dude’ and not ‘that guy that used to be different until he started lifting and thus makes me feel insecure and uncomfortable so I’m going to push his buttons everytime I see him’.
