Nah, I been out since last Thursday. I’m going back Monday hell or High Water.
I fucking hate this. I can’t wait to smash fucking weights again. I’ve leaned out like a mofo though. 3 days of eating soup, nuts and Clif Bars will do that.

My little man had it in June, so he is fine.
My wife has quarantined me to the bedroom and I am not allowed to touch anything outside of the bedroom and toilet. She literally has made me every meal, won’t let me do dishes, etc… It’s kinda cool on some levels.

Yeah I was walking around this afternoon. I’m so sick of that fucking bed. I plan on kicking ass and taking names the next few days. Fingers crossed I get a short easy shoulder day in on Sunday, and the a short non-deadlifting back day in Tuesday (Maybe Monday, but there is a strong possibility I will have to work late and need a hair-cut like no one’s business.)
About the trolls, the release of the conda is gonna have em out in droves. Oh well, my profile views should be back up over 200 after a couple threads.
