Ever Feel Like a Thread Killer? (29)

Do you generally work out twice a day Hallowed?

It’s really elementary. All I did was mention the possibility of cheating to PMPM, and she picked it up without me explaining.

surprised you guys haven’t.

no absolutely not. But my “run” got messed up yesterday because there were NO TREADMILLS at the gym. The game was on so I didn’t want to use the apt. complex gym (no tv) so I just did Steady State High Intensity on the Stairmill thing for fifteen minutes. It KILLED ME and felt more muscular than cardiovascular. ANyways that makes me think I can sneak my High Intensity Steady State back in as a run today. Actually maybe my coach would not like this idea… hmn.

Generally I train 3 days and do cardio three days.

I might have missed this. Are you training for an event?

What are your goals and where is your starting point.

(Don’t feel you have to answer that if you aren’t comfortable doing so.)

I’m not looking to tell you what to do, just curious.

Hallowed, this is the “just for laughs” pic…

I was going to ask her goals too Beans. I’m sort of curious.

Wow… that really is a “black hole”.

There wouldn’t be any escape from …THE VOID.

I have a bad feeling I messed up the quotes here hope this comes out right…

Well VERY briefly (ha ha thats a joke The Hallowed is never brief) I was really sick with lame thyroid and other related hormonal bullshit for several years. I finally got properly treated in April. During those years of fuckedupness my eating habits got totally messed up. There was a point in time where I only ate every other day for months. Anyways the thyroid is nothing to mess with and I gained weight pretty much no matter what I did. Got treated properly finally in April started feeling better end of May. Started working out the moment I felt better. After years of so much struggle I was damn sick of trying to figure out what to eat how to eat when to eat how to train what to train when to train etc. etc. I knew of my coach through an amazing woman in the online thyroid patient community and I hired him. He is excellent and his plan is VERY EFFECTIVE. I am REALLY happy.

He is a “famous” coach in the fitness community and one hundred percent knows what he is doing.

As far as goals I have a certain look that we are working towards. My training/diet is ALL geared toward physical appearance though necessarily I am getting much stronger. I am drawn completely towards strength training but have to finish up this physical goal before I decide what I want to do next. Will see where I’m at in a few months and go from there.

EDIT: When I say drawn towards strength training of course i AM strength training now. Intensely I mean I’m drawn towards training with strength as the sole and specific goal.

No. Totally not.

Heehee that pic is awesome Grneyes… did you give IH a collar for a wedding present?

Hey Hallowed, you getting sick of explaining your thyroid past in every thread on this site yet?

Edit: I don’t mean it like I think you’re just throwing it all over the place, just that everyone asks you in a different thread it seems.

Sounds like a great plan Hallowed. You sound like you are hitting it hard and like you are loving it. Success will be yours!

no seriously not at all. I’ve been lucky enough to help some people. Even the most basic thyroid conditions (mine is not basic mine is ridiculous) are horribly undiagnosed and improperly treated in this country. As you know Ink I got a lot of help from virtual strangers in the online thyroid patient community. I found my doctor through an online friend that lives in Santa Cruz (near me). I’m really grateful for that help god knows my own doctor did NOTHING for me so I’m happy to talk about it. And please feel free to tell me to STFU whenever needed.

Thanks Atty! You have been doing awesome too girl.

Oh no, Hallowed, by all means! It never gets old reading about it, so long as you don’t mind telling it.

And now, my latest “Picasso”

This one’s called “Um, she just asked how the baby gets inside Mom’s tummy…” and right before Dad says “I’m OUT!”

You haven’t been following brah. Although Mr. Trapz does appear to look like me in hair and eye color, he’s “Patty’s” dad, my daughter’s aren’t named Patty. Also, the spots are on the Mom’s dress, as seen in the last thread

(I say “spots”, Beans says “boils”)
But yes, if they were real, like the shit in those vids…I’d have already had a video up here!

Too much talk, not enough kittez.

Please post more kittehz. The cat is a quality animal.
