I ended up running after the game last night and thus had a shitty run it was too late in the day. Then didn’t get enough sleep… four and a half hours. THEN it was time to up the weight on my rack pulls and I tried to jump up 10LBS instead of 5LBS and lost form AND grip on my first set.

I should have stowed away in my sister’s suitcase. She’s in LA this week. How was Tahoe?
Tahoe was KILLER! I love it there, too bad it’s just too far to commute (bout 4 hours each way).
Cold tho- high of 47, and dropped to 27 at nite.

Yeah…that would be awkward. Funny, I have 3 brothers and only really get along with one of them. And although we get along, we don’t see each other very often and live in the same town.
