Hey Atty… I used your “BULGARIAN’D” in Brute’s log today (gave ya credit LOL).
I’m probably turning in pretty soon. Early morning call for my run then to work early so I can leave before THE GAME starts. Yay. Plus I have one more meal left and I’m hella hungry for the first time in a long time. Gonna eat then sleep (hopefully).
Hey there everyone. Well I bought grilling utensils and I am excited. I also have to cut 14 lbs by the 20th so says the scale. Also, new videos up in my log woop woop. I officially love my flip camera. Also I have turkey sausage. It’s tasty.

Definitely feeling better. Gettin up early for cardio/grip/calf work. Can’t fall asleep though. Also I need a new hobby. Anyone have any suggestions for unique skills/hobbies to learn?

Because I want to compete at 181. Cutting/making weight is easy for me, I’ve been doing it regularly for the past 10 years as a rower. I know how to manipulate my water intake, glycogen stores, down to the quarter lb (I even manage to do this with the kids I coach). As a rower I often have to cut 5+ lbs in a day if the race has heats/semis/finals and I have to weigh in multiple days in a row (since I recarb/hydrate before each race/after each weigh-in). Coxswains have to be under 120, no way in hell I’m ever going that low. I’m contemplating making another serious run at the national team/olympics for rowing which would have me making weight at 160 and sitting around 170 and that’s about as low as I ever want to go again. I like carrying a bit more on my frame and actually being proportionate (having a chest/triceps and not just being beastly legs and odd looking up top).

And, the mods put him in charge of the groups for some reason. So, he’s big and built, so the fuck what? Do they think that he treats people like shit and thrusts his opinions on the people in this site and that makes him a leader?
