Beans, you give good advice. I hit 475x1 on the DL today, and then after that 385x7.

So what would you say if you asked a …acquaintance…where they got their training foundations from/training philosophy and they replied:

as a side note the guy is 300+lbs and over 50%BF (no joke). Chose to go to the most expensive gym in town with the least resources.

Anyone else getting this lag? Theres no way I’m the only one posting.
