True…Try to tell someone on this site about FBT (Full body training) and you get all kinda shit. I was on a FBT for 5 weeks, and had incredible results…for a while, then the grind got to me and I had to go back to a more traditional 3 on 1 off schedule. That’s a grind too, and will be backing off to a 4 day a week schedule the second week of August.

Well apparently people at my brother’s apartment complex don’t believe in leashes or keeping their damn dogs indoors. It probably doesn’t help that I’m always listening to music or audiobooks when I’m walking so the damn things can sneak up on me.
