Yeah in real life. The only one better was when my BROTHER told me he didn’t want to get bulky, he just wanted to tone up. I think I’ve been around TN guys (and women let’s face it) so much that I’m starting to notice some comments I wouldn’t have noticed before.
Yeah, having been on here for a year now, I’ve changed my way of thinking and the vocabulary. I used to be one of those that wanted to “tone my core”…Now it’s like “fuck that, I want to build strength.”
ahh LMAO u two are awesome. 2,000 coolness pointer for each of you. In the interest of sharing our enlightenment that tmuscle or tnation at the time has brought to us: I used to think doing bicep curls 7 days a week was the way to go and that I just wouldnt gain weight because I was a …hard gainer.

Aww…thanx!
Can you give me some tips on how to tone my core? I’ll give you a dollar!
It’s funny how your goals change when you finally understand what fitness means to you, and not care what other people think fit is. I’m actually embarrassed to even say what I wanted to look like and what I thought was beautiful. But it was the complete opposite of what I look like now and what I aspire to look like.
Atty and greeny, your strength is amazing and more women going to the gym just to run on a TM should look up to ladies like you.

I’m such a douche today. I have four more days of work til vacation but I banged in today because I didn’t sleep at all last night. I always go in when I’m sick and think I will leave if the day gets worse. It always does get worse but I never leave.
