speaking of food, I should have waited till tomorrow whilst tootles is starving in her cubicle to post this, but Im too kind. Heres some of last weeks menu:
Sunday evening - grilled chicken & beef fajitas
Monday - Beef & broccoli, King-do pork chops
Tuesday - 2 BBQ Roast Chickens on thrones (1 sweet, 1 spicy)
Wednesday AM - (me only - pancake sandwich containing PB & protein powder - really not recommended) Lunch - homemade Tuscan chicken & vegetable soup. Dinner - smokies, pasta & smores (my night off from cooking)
Thursday - Slow roasted, honkin` big back ribs, kick-arse cole slaw, leafy greens, & macaroni salad for the kiddies
Tonnes of mosquitoes, 6"to 8" trout whoppers, the requisite encounter with a bat in the laundry room, and more mosquitoes.
