I just finished a TERRIBLE workout. Did I do something new? Nope. Did I use bad form? Nah.
I was just friggin sore from leg day⦠two days ago. Yes, I know that the second day is always the worst, but I canāt even walk straight. My crime? Skipping squats and deadlifts for one week while I finished finals and graduated.
Just goes to show you: donāt ever let Mergers and Acquisitions get in the way of squats!
