So, no more Twilight films for this dude. I’ll watch Brokeback Mountain if I want to see a lovestory steeped in upheaval before I see the Twilight movies.
I asked this in my log recently, but I’d like your opinions/advice…ok, the short story is that I’ve been doing total body crap for almost a year now, I know, GASP…it’s good for fat loss and when you only have a few days in the gym…that much we can agree on, correct?
ok, buuuut what if you want to change things up? If you only had three days to play with, how would you train??
I was thinking push/pull/legs and a 4th day for ‘small,’ things if there was time. The kicker is, is that fat loss is still my goal and I’ve been trying to kick it up with circuits and what not…maybe I’ll stay put til the fall when there is more time…
Mad duck, what was your time? I ran the Utica Boilermaker about 10 years ago in 56 Minutes. It’s a 15K, If I ran it this year I probably would be at least 30 minutes slower. Maybe more unless I really trained for it. I actually might do it and just kinda jog through it to see what I can do with my vibrams.

V - I did a 10k in 1:08, but considering the amount of dodging around walkers and people talking on their cellphones, I probably ran an 11 or 12 ;')

What would I do?
Monday - Chest/Tri
Wed - Legs (including deads) & bi
Friday - Back and shoulders
Just eat like a motherfucker Wednesday, because putting deads on legs days with squats will take a lot of fuel, do one first, teh other last and leave everything on the floor. I wouldn’t pull on Back & shoulder day, only because you’ll bitch out on shoulders after pulling.
3 days a week is tough for me, because I can’t fit everything in for my back on one day and not die 3/4 of the way through.
