Now, in the past I’ve used the infamous cutting stack of primo depot, winstrol depot, and clen which allowed me to lose 30lbs of fat in 3 months, while maintaining my fat guy strength of squatting 270 20x’s and benching 275 for 4 sets and reps of 8. I ended up being 5’4, 180, 43in chest, 32in waist, and 12% bodyfat.
I was in the best shape of my life. Then I went off my cycle, never tapered, and still was ok. I stayed between 180 and 190 for 2 years and now I’ve gained some of my FAT weight back, while getting stronger. Now, I don’t care much about fat loss as much as I care about strength. Here’s the cycle I plan on using:
EQ - Week 1-10 300mg
Winny Depot - Week 1-10 250mg week
Clen: 28(4tabs daily) tabs a week Weeks 1&2, Weeks 4&6, Weeks 8-10
I have tren ace but am saving it. I know I’ll gain a great amount of strength and mass, while the winn dep will help with some strength and keeping water retention to a bare minimum.
Training will look like this:
Days 1,3,5 Olympic Lifts, Pulls, Power Cleans, Power Jerks, Front Squats and Back Squats
Days 2,4,6 will be Full Body 3 exercise 25 rep each from Chad Waterbury’s program
I am currently 5’4 215, squat max 375, Clean & Jerk 275 and Snatch 200lbs. I just began Olympic Lifts back in September.
