Epic Charlie Sheen

For the record, I never said I wanted to emulate him. My point was that I thought the people posting “I’d rather be a good dad” were full of shit hypocritical jealous haters.

So after Young Guns it was pretty much done deal for him huh.

Guns was a great movie. They were in one together after that. They played garbage men that went surfing after work everyday. They found a dead body in the trash one day and hilarity ensued. So uh yeah what you said.

I remember that movie also. Wow who would have thought Charlie the uptight and shot dead in the first guns would be the wild child. Maybe he is in the spirit world?

Mighty Ducks my man. Mighty Ducks.

Charlie Sheen will always be connected to one of my favorite movie quotes of all time.

In Platoon, after Elias is killed and they’re all back in the hooch, the one crazy fucker goes:

“He’s (Elias) up there man… Drunk as a Monkey! And smoking Shit!”

Once he got mixed up with that Gordon Gecko it was all downhill from there.

No, Wilba does not have a point. Anyone that thinks its “cool” to be like Charlie Sheen is a fucking idiot.
Rrrrrriiiight.

Because I hear living like a rockstar, banging lots of hot chicks, being ridiculously rich and famous is undesirable…
It would lose it’s appeal real quick. His life is swirling the bowl and you wanting to emulate it. Not saying it wouldn’t be fun for a day or two, but this is honestly not preferable to being a good father. I’m guessing those that say it is are twentysomethings that don’t know shit about what is important.
Just a question though…but aside from the apparent media coverage (that I have missed because I don’t watch tv), why are his exploits so damn interesting to people and why does it bring out all of this judgment?

I mean, do we have a record of how he is as a father or are we just looking at this from the outside?

He’s rich and in Hollywood. Even without the drugs and women, his life was fake anyway.
No record. But I guess it’s always fun to assume he’s destroying these kids lives.
That is what I was getting at earlier. People have absolutely no idea if he is a good father or not.

He actually owns and operates a small vineyard with his wife. They produce an affordable wine that has apparently gotten some accolades in the wine world. He’s distanced himself from it in name simply because he doesn’t want it to draw extra attention, but a simple google search will tell you all you need to know.

Damn, I didn’t even know he was gay.

I’m gonna go out on a limb and say drug fueled and violent domestic disputes do not equal good parenting.

I agree with you, however:

In his tax bracket, good parenting = hiring a bitchin Au Pair… From Mars.

Again, what we see on the news is not even 1% of the entire story. You may be able to draw a correlation between drug addicts and bad parents, but I’d need to see some definitive evidence of bad parenting before I take actions as serious as taking his children away. He could be reading them a bed time story every night of the week and we would never know about it.

I mean, those are his fucking children.

reading a bed time story before stabbing their mother?
The best parenting this guy could hope to pull off would be NONE. Let the nanny’s handle it.

My New Avi

Jeez even I think this guy is crazy!

I wonder how long until he is in prison…My guess is 4 months

Evening Friend - People have been typing that you are the Charlie Sheen of T-Nation.

Any truth to that?
