The only people in there who are technically qualified to say anything are actual therapists. Most all of whom acknowledged that yes, exercise and a light hearted environment are helpful, though not a cure-all which I never suggested.
Every one else is a two cent opinion with, at the most, as much credibility as me on such matters.
Even the “depressed” who have “beaten it” corroborate what I said, my suggestions are helpful, certainly can’t hurt though not a flat out cure.
I don’t see the problem other than some mother fuckers just wanting to pick an e-fight and then blame me.
