Electric Acupuncture Units?

Hey, has anyone used one of these before? like this one for example:

As far as I can see they look legit. It says they beep when the pointer part hits a place on your skin that has “low electrical energy”, that sounds kind of out there. But it seems they’ve been used in medical studies and if they do anything even close to a real acupuncturist then it would be a pretty cheap addition to the arsenal…

You know if you hit a nerve with one of those things…

The whole point of acupuncture is to get it done by a professional who knows where to put the needles. That’s why you don’t see many “do it at home” kits.
