We have actual evidence of Mexico interfering in the 2016 election where foreign diplomats are attempting to mobilize Mexicans in America to naturalize into US citizens so they could vote against Trump. I think I read remittances to Mexico from USA accounts for 3% of their gdp so a Trump presidency is disastrous for Mexico

All very well said Max. If you recall immediately after Hillary’s unexpected (except by me) loss she immediately blamed FBI Director Comey. As you said if they cannot own up to their own mistakes then they have no chance of gaining seats in the mid-term elections…which is a good thing.

Hillary was a bad candidate to begin with. As I said the worst the dems have ever put up.
She was neck deep in scandal.
She assumed she would win states like Wisconsin and Michigan and did not spend resources or time there.
She had a very bad campaign strategy which was to continually attack Donald Trump and never really revealed any of her own ideas in a straight forward consistent way. They assumed, like many, that all they had to do was point out Trump’s many flaws.
She was outworked and out hustled by Donald Trump who hit 7 states in a 24 hour period one day prior to the election- this had never been done!
Trump’s message resonated with working class democrats. I actually called PA for Trump three nights before the election and my wife thought I was crazy. But I knew that most of the blue collar dems would not be voting for Hillary for many reasons not the least of which is that her party had become elitist and Obama and company dropped the economic ball leaving the blue collar workers with nothing to hope for. No hope and only change in their pockets.
So she loses Wisconsin and Michigan. Wisonsin was not won by a republican since Ronald Reagan did it in 1984. Michigan and PA have not been won by the GOP since GH Bush did it in 1988. Trump changed the electoral map in favor of the GOP. Funny just the opposite of what some said would happen. Now all he has to do clean up the Obama mess. Get the economy rolling again and follow through with his other promises.
The dems are in full panic mode therajraj. I’m sure there will be many more excuses before January 20, 2017. But not one of them will help install Hillary Clinton as our 45th President. Let them whine…cry and carry on like a 7 year old who lost his lunch money. It makes Hillary’s loss that much sweeter to me.

Horseshit. If a foreign government directly impacted/attempted to impact an election, it’s a very serious matter.
Now, unless there’s evidence the Russian government directly monkeyed with votes (by hacking voting machines, etc.), there’s nothing to get the Electoral College involved with.
But if a foreign government meddles in a national election, it’s a red alert problem, regardless of outcome, whether that government’s preferred candidate won all fifty states or lost all fifty. Period. Full stop.
I agree. In this period of fake news, speculation, disinformation, and deflection, we do need some definitive evidence of who was behind this debacle.
Cause if it turns out to be some Boris from eastern europe who was running a phishing scam and just happened upon a gold mine, Obama is going to have some serious explaining to do for threatening a super power, and its leader specifically, with some nebulous “action” without a shred of evidence.
On the other hand, if there is evidence that points directly to Putin, strong enough to be actionable- Why is it not public at this point? Our fearless leader made a very strong public statement the other day.

Back to the possibility of Russia interfering with our election. If that is the case as I said it is certainly serious and no American should credit them if that is the case. But wasn’t it Obama who said weeks before the election when they thought Hillary had it in the bag that the system was more or less bullet proof and to say otherwise would be reckless? This was in response to Trump hedging on whether he’d accept the outcome of the election. At this point I want to see a full investigation of the facts. But odd how the CIA when asked by Congress to testify on the matter failed to show up (Obama’s CIA failed to show up)… For some reason I bet there will be no full investigation. Just a lot of innuendo flying around. And why is that? To discredit President Elect Trump.
if they did steal enough electoral votes so that Trump and Hillary are actually tied then the matter goes to Congress and they will choose the next President and it will be Donald Trump.
Yes, right after he won in 2008 if memory serves me correctly. I thought that was pretty funny. Also, if I remember Obama never made a big deal out of it which as I found out later was very much out of character for him. But he even knew that he was not deserving of such an award. On the contrary because of his attempt to lead from behind he has caused more problems abroad. I wonder which one of them is deserving of one more Nobel peace prize. What a load of crap. Well, at least it’s good to know that we can all disregard that particular award when it is given.
And when he does either eliminate or reduce Isis I don’t think anyone should be shocked because I do believe that any one of the republican or democrat candidates for President could probably do the same thing.
