The guy is right. She was a bad candidate. Shouting down and name calling are not good strategies. They didn’t just fail this time, it never worked in the first place. Why this iteration of that strategy is being blamed now is because the Dems lost. Doesn’t mean that they won because of it with Obama. It means that a faulty conclusion was widely embraced by people who misread the tenor of political discourse. Politics can be rough and dirt can be flung, but to relentlessly attack half of the population of the US with unbridled venomous hatred is just assholish.
I’ll tell you one thing I didn’t see coming. I didn’t see all of these linguistically artistic back flips and twists that journalists are doing to land themselves upon their own swords! Some of them are really amazing! Too bad it is in an attempt to remain relevant, and not in the mourning of the loss of journalistic integrity.

When you meet tragedy with lies and sanctimonious horse shit you lose elections. I think the turning point was actually the Orlando massacre.
Hillary talked about gun control and preached against islamaphobia while totally ignoring the obvious.
This turned even the gay community against her. At least in large enough numbers to lose.
Trump was the one who spoke honestly about the situation and promised to protect the gay community, many heard and that was enough…
Which again goes to show everyone that you cannot put lipstick on a pig and expect everyone to think that she’s pretty… The DNC, the MSLM, the republican elite. Nothing could make that pig look good!
It will always, always come down to the candidate.
It’s only a matter of time until USA is going to be carved up into smaller countries. Too many dummies down Dere ruining it for the Democrat’s who have more than half a brain. You can be a female and be sexist, you can be a minority and racist. Especially with the type of Republican shit rhetoric that is nonsensical and sold as truth. There is so many studies done on how racially charged your basic city planning is. It is like watching a slow moving mudslide at this point. Your country is doomed with a day glow orange buffoon leading it into ruins.
Another thing I noticed, this proves its really not about Trump and more about being pissed they lost. Ask anyone upset about Trump winning if they would rather have Pence instead.

You know the thing I’m most sick of? Trying to articulate a fiscally conservative, economic growth-based, and socially liberal world view to people who have never had an independent thought in their lives. I find myself the fish out of water more times than not. I took my kids to our gay pride even this evening and I have to cringe at some of the political signs (yes, my daughters will be able to handle firearms and be tolerant), but whatever, my kids will be able to f’cking learn to think for themselves, if nothing else.

Just this morning my SIL, who by all measures is a very intelligent, well educated, hardworking, proud and respectable person came to the epiphany (no hyperbole in use of that word) that the left lost because they didn’t bother to listen to anyone but their own bubble. And recommended that her friends that feel the way she does “reach out to those on the right and actually listen” etc etc etc.
I found it fucking hilarious that even in the face of reality, she’s still a pompous and arrogant lefty about it, like it’s magnanimous of her to actually listen… I know she doesn’t intend to sound that way, but she does…

Similar thing happened here, not with a gun, but with a car. Someone finally got sick and tired of waiting for more than 2 hours in their car, so they floored it into the crowd and just barely missed hitting people. Thank God no one got hit, but at the same time I can understand why they did it.
We will now see Democrats obstruct, but it will be labeled as heroism by the media.

Regarding the protest stuff, I think they will all report on that as long as the protests are big enough since it is a legitimate story they can’t just ignore. I actually think the media won’t be so anti-Trump anymore, the so called liberal elite like to keep the status quo which as of right now means the elected president gets into office without any issues, assuming Trump doesn’t cause too much trouble.
For the most part except for a few celebrities the mainstream has accepted Trump already. The tone is to give him a chance, but be ready to jump if he does anything they disapprove but that’s the same with any president really.
Trump went to the media’s house and plugged their toilet, then made them plunge it once he was done. They have been neutered, the question is if they learned their lesson or not.
