I’m a pitcher and I’m currently having trouble with elbow pain. I know my mechanics are off and I’m hoping to take care of that.
Other than rest and fixing my pitching mechanics, I don’t know what to do. I want to get back throwing pain free as soon as possible.
The pain isn’t huge. It usually goes away after I stop lifting or throwing.
Any advice would be appreciated.
I’m 14. I don’t throw a curve, but I do throw a splitter. The splitter never gave me any problems when I used it last year, or the little I used it before that. Of course by mechanics were better then. They’re off right now because I haven’t worked with my pitching coach lately. I’m hoping to get him down soon.
