If anybody knows what El Pollo Loco uses in their marinade, could you please post it? I’ve tried a variety of citrus/spice combos, but I can’t duplicate it. I know, I know - there are plenty of ways to jazz up chicken - but I really like that damn El Pollo Loco marinade. Thanks for any replies.
Never heard of that chain, but it might be similar to Pollo Tropical which we have here in FL.
Why don’t you just ask them to see the bottle they use?
