Steam broccoli, then add olive oil (Fillipo Berio), Mrs. Dash Extra Spicey (be careful not to add too much) and salt to taste.
If you don’t like that, then I banish you from T-Nation land.

I don’t eat foods I don’t like. What is the point of that? There’s plenty of good healthy options. At least if you afren’t a picky eater. I’m not. Food is fuel, and I can’t say I LOVE everything that goes into my mouth. Not even close. But I won’t eat something if I don’t like it.[/quote]
I think there is a continuum on this one. There are some foods that I will not touch period, mayo being one of them. This came from my moms dislike for it. But most boring foods can be dressed up to taste much better than they are when plain. Spinach for example is great when the proper dressing is added, but bland as hell by itself. As one who is concerned about his physique, taste is not really my first priority. I mean I am the freak in a coffee shop who is willing to break out a can of chicken or beef and go to town. Now this isn’t really unpleasent, but it’s not just great. I think balance is the key.

Yeah, but eating foods that are bland and boring and need some ‘help’ to really be enjoyable [if then] is differentt then eating foods you actually dislike. The former is fine and probably necessary to reach phsyiques goals depending on individual tastes and appetite. No need for the latter.

Anytime, ma’am.
You could chop up some tomatoes with the broccoli, smidge of garlic salt, and pour some olive oil over all of it and enjoy the taste along with all the nutrients. This will be loaded with Sulforaphane, Lycopene, ID3, and DIM which are more readily absorbable due to the fat in the oil. Damn tasty if u ask me.

I think the broccoli with garlic (as has been suggested) sounds good but I hadn’t thought of tomatoes.
That does sound good.
do you use Poliquin’s DIM supplement? (yes… off topic)
The only side effects I dont like from when some jackass decideds to be a comedian and laces food with Alli, subsequently resulting in massive anal leakage and diahrea delight.

I thought the definitive prank was to slip somebody some methylene blue and tell them about an STD that causes you to piss blue.
Know what I’ve noticed? If I start to get sick of something, I stay away from eating it for a while (like 1-2 months). You completely forget how to hate it! Then I have not issues eating it.
As for the protein allergy, you can get one if that’s the only protein you’re eating and you eat a lot of it. In fact, I remember Thib’s saying he got a bit of lactose intolorance because nearly his only source of protein for a week was milk. But I think it would have to be excess consumption, like he was doing.
