It doesn’t. Well I mean I do notice other benefits. I am recently lowering dose and focusing on cardio as a last go at this.

I really think you should try once daily dosing before going the AI route, as sensitive as you seem to be, AI’s may become a new nightmare for you. if you’re sensitive to alcohol and caffeine, avoid AI’s at all costs!
I’m sensitive to caffeine, but no so much alcohol, so I don’t know. Yes, I’m afraid of AI side effects and somehow making me feel worse. Another problem is the cream sometimes doesn’t come out right, these topiclicks sometimes dont work well and i really dont want to do injections
You seem to be very concerned about taking AI (assuming anastrozole). Most guys never seem to have any negative effects from anastrozole if dosing correctly, at least I’ve rarely seen them reported on here.
I aromatize kind of high and started taking half an anastrozole tab a week. No I just take one if I feel the need (essentially if my nipples get sensitive) but I don’t use it every week. That seems to be the most common approach. Personally, i’ve never felt a side effect of anastrozole.
If you’re gonna do TRT, I would also do shots vs creams.
My experience as well. If e2 is high enough, no amount of Cialis or Viagra will do anything besides give me a headache
