Agreed, its not hyperbolic. But its getting its steepest right near that critical point that is often discussed around 50. For some a move from 45 pre TRT to 52(for example) might have an outsized effect depending on variables like vein size and elasticity.

Wow. So the check marks on the Labs request sheetā¦ seems like a fraudulent move to me if they donāt run the actual test for FT. LOL Okay, so SHBG is a real test and there is no out of pocket cost for the results, good. LOL
Thereās an argument that free T tests can be inaccurate so calculating it works just as well or better, for whatever that is worth.
