I know a guy who knows a guy who will loan you money even if you have bad credit. No need for the government or credit reporting agencies to be involved.
A true progressive, that guy.

I might be that guy.
I have seen pictures of your armory. I am not borrowing money from you…
What’s one kidney for collateral when you’ve got another one ready to do all of the work?
*Part of my armory
All the really good stuff will never be pictured
Fuck off asshole. I was born here and have the audacity to want to change things for the better.
And you call this education. Bwahahaha!
Wow you circled the date the article was written. This was written during a time when Chavez was the President. When his policies were taking affect.
And you think that his policies are responsible. What an ignoramus!
And what do YOU think may be causing this?
And where does the money come from to pay bank loans?
So… what are the odds Castolini has a Che Guevara poster or shirt?
You arent audacious. Just self centered and very dumb.
Were you looking in the mirror when you wrote this?
The shirt for the public.
The posters for “private”.
The irony of saying this:
and this:
In the same post is rather ironic. Almost as ironic as the least educated person in this thread also claiming to be educating us.
Were you 12 when you thought that was clever?
Do you not believe policies put in place by previous leaders last for longer than 15 years? Or that decisions on national levels don’t see immediate consequences?
“ Unsustainable Economic Policies
Though Chávez’s social programs benefitted many poor Venezuelans, his policies came at a high economic and social cost that has laid the foundation for present and future economic challenges.”
From
Written in 2013 and predicted the Venezuelan collapse due to unsustainable policies. Written by undergraduates at Havard. You know: that bastion of leftist bashing, racist republicans.
(That last sentence was sarcasm in case you didn’t get it).
Short term gain is useless on national scales.
Everyone knows that Harvard students are brainwashed rubes. You got an article from Vice or something reliable I can trust?
You know that place that is so leftist, known for their non-existent dept. and/or studies of Marx’s critique of capitalism.
(no sarcasm needed to the unindoctrinated)
The President’s bold, unique governing style fostered crime, corruption and stifling government inefficiency. Sounds just like the U.S.
When he took office, Chávez nationalized privately owned oil field. This is a big no-no. Doesn’t he understand that his country’s oil resources belong to Big Oil to profit from, not to use for helping the people who elected him.
Venezuela was listed number 180 out of 185 countries on the World Bank’s list of “Ease of Doing Business”
This ought to be a badge of courage as he wasn’t allowing foreign business interests to dictate to him and his country that there oil resources should be ran by corporations for profits, not helping the population of his country.
Ultimately, Chávez’s tendency to polarize the population by demonizing his opponents will define his legacy.
Uh no, decreasing poverty, illiteracy and giving voice to the powerless will be how the actual recipients of his policies will remember him. It may be different how the elite view him but fuck them!
“One of the worst aspects of Chávez’s legacy is that he created a set of myths based on the idea that the U.S. is trying to take over Venezuela and steal its oil.”
Um, it’s no myth. It’s true.
Chávez launched a public referendum to eliminate term limits for all public offices, including the presidency, allowing himself to run for president indefinitely.
If only FDR had this foresight. But he had to be stopped as the Republicans would probably never win the presidency as long as he was alive and there were no such thing as term limits. And the same may have happened with Chavez.
The oil-driven economy that funded these programs is unsustainable.
A big mistake made by Chavez was relying on oil almost exclusively, so when the cost of oil went down his programs could not be funded. And pegging his currency to the U.S. dollar. These are possibly the 2 biggest mistakes of his tenure as President.
Man that was such a garbage article written by members of such a prestigious university and they weren’t even embarrassed to release it. WTF?
So the drop in oil prices negatively affected the social programs. What are YOU saying?
Though Chávez’s social programs benefitted many poor Venezuelans, his policies hurt the elites and that is what really counts.
Harvard has the largest private endowment of any university, around 52 billion. And this endowment comes from elites and it is their way of life that must be protected. And if not, say goodbye to the endowment contributions.
So they have a very deep bias towards those who keep the status quo humming along.
Brainwashed? They are trained in a way that promotes the elite way of life. What do you call it?
