On 7/8, Doug Kalman was to report on his Anabolica one month test (DEXA testing, etc.). Any word on the results?
Not sure about Doug, but as a break from Androsol, Im going to take Thermolife’s Ecdy and Solaray Vitex beginnning next week.
Thanks BT. Will be looking forward to your results. I have been impressed with the Vitex myself. The cost/benefit ratio is excellent for a supplement.
The results of the Anabolica test revealed NO change in body composition over 30 days. However, I did feel stronger for the first two weeks (increase in BP near max 335 to 350 for 2 at a body weight of 158).
IMO, not worth the money. I did 9-12 tablets a day.
Thank you Doug for responding. Interesting results. I also found your post about Vitex containing ecdysteroids intriguing. Brock’s hand in formulating an ecdysteroid containing product made my day. Cheers!
Went through three bottles of Anabolica and did not feel a thing. No major increases in strength or size. Save your money for supplements that work or offer a money back guarantee.
I don’t know who said I put those shitty,
worthless, bug hormones (ecdysterones) in the
new, forthcoming “M” product, but as you
can see from this post, I think they are
useless (bug hormones) and they are NOT
in “M” or any other product I developed or
co-developed.
Vitex agnus castus is a plant (common name is
chaste berry) and has ZERO, none, nada,
zilch, kaput, to do with ecdysterones.
Do we all understand this?
Bug hormones only work on bugs and in Derek Cornholio's twisted mind.

And another thing, the amount of ecdysteroids
found naturally in Vitex is in the fractions of a
percentile…they are not the effective
constituent of Vitex…the agnuside content is
what makes Vitex. -
