it can be done. Thibs says he pretty much eats the same thing every day because he’s just not a fan of food.

If you look at Bauer’s thread he says he also eats pretty much the same thing everyday. He does have a wide variety of things he eats a day.

Maybe that will be your saving grace. Eat the same thing, just make it a variety of things a day.

Just write out and figure out the macros for Breakfast type meals, Lunch Type meals, Dinner Type meals and snacks. Have 5-6 options for each and rotate them on a weekly basis. if you eat 2 Lunch type meals, 1 breakfast type meal, 1 dinner type meal and 2 snack type meals and have 5 options each then if you do the math, you have alot of options, 5^6 to be exact
