Before you go and start in about using the search engines, I have done that but still wish to post a few questions.
I have read about drinking a shake while you workout. #1?- Do any of you do this? #2?-How much protein do you put in the shake? #3?-What else do you put in it?

#1 Yup
#2 depends sometimes its Surge, sometimes its simply a carb dillute drink or mucnhing a few sweet tarts during a w/o they are a mix of dex and Malto.
The manin thing is not the intake per say but finding how you work best what gives the best performance. For me I have an Iron gut could eat a damn steak and potatoe and squat no prob LOL some ppl cant. also depends on your w/o if its the usual 45 mins or so not mushj of a need since Ive been doing more strongman stuff they can last 2 even 3-4 hours I need intake/energy.
I seem to have had a brain fart on the other questions for now. I put them up later. Thanks a lot!!
Its likely well creatine with some not needed extra crap thats over priced. Im sure it will work do what well creatine does. But you may be a bit lighter than if you were to use regular plain old Creatine Monohydrate due to not having as much cash in your wallet.

When you exercise blood is shunted to your muscles, thus digestion is practically put on hold.
So what are you saying? You don’t favor eating while you workout?
Try it and see. See if you feel bloated while you are working out.
But let me ask you this. Before you go for a run on the track do you have a better run if you eat just prior to?
Most people I know say that if they do eat right before, they feel like throwing it up.
When the body is physically active, it makes sure that the blood is going to the muscles and not to the digestive tract.
